Class 9 Physics Notes: Solved Exercise Questions
These notes are the solved answers to the exercise at the end of each chapter of the Class 9 Physics textbook. They come in two sets. The short questions are the two-mark recall answers, which together carry thirty of the sixty marks in the annual paper. The constructive questions, sometimes printed as comprehensive questions, are the reasoning answers that map onto the nine-mark long questions.
Use them as a check rather than as reading material. Attempt the question first with the answer covered, then compare line by line and note the exact difference, whether that is a missing unit, a vague phrase or a condition left out. Copying a model answer out neatly teaches very little, because recognising a correct answer is not the same as producing one.
